Do You Have Any Questions?

We purchases your goods from the authorized store of the Brand or any reputable Top Brand Store in the UK / US. Our team will check the product availability and quote if the product is available along with the charges applicable.
Webshop only buys from reputed stores and maintains all purchase details. However, no Guarantees/Warranties of any products are provided by WS. For any Warranty/ Guarantee, you may need to buy Add-on Packs. For Example: An Apple Mac is available with a Worldwide Guarantee Add-on Pack with an extra charge.
Most Luxury Brands do not sell all their products online and have them available only at their store. These Brands do not ship to customers outside the UK / US. WS can purchase the products for you through their Store Pick Up Service. For details and a quote, you could contact us.
As a member of WS you need to send an inquiry of the product that you wish to purchase. WS Team will quote you for the product and will send you an estimate for the purchase of the product which will include the Charges and the Store Pick Up charges if applicable. The Member will have to make 50% payment in advance after which the WS team will procure the product for the Member. In case there is any price difference at the time of purchase this will be billed to the Customer prior to the shipment
Majority of the stores in the UK/US do not sell their entire range of products on their International website. Many products sold by a store is not available online and is only available at the store. WS can help you with your purchase in all TWO of the above scenarios
Some websites are Region-Restricted websites which cannot be accessed from outside UK/ US. If you wish to get a product from such a website, you can contact our WS Team and they will help you procure the same.
WS only purchases from Stores which deal in authentic products and prefers to purchase from the Brand’s Store itself or Multi-Brand Top Stores. Purchase proofs such as Invoices can be shared with the customer post to the procurement of the product.
WS Team handover the purchase product to the shipping team on the same day of PURCHASE / RECEIPT. The package is normally shipped out on the same day therefore a RETURN WOULD NOT BE POSSIBLE to the store in such a scenario.
Yes, you can buy in bulk using our Service
WS has a Personal Shopper Service. These Services are charged as per the terms and conditions of the shopping assistant which will include an Hourly Fee and a Transport Fee to the store where the Personal Shopper will be shopping. The Shopping assistant will communicate to the customer directly from the Store. This service is available by appointment only and has a Fee for the Service. An advance amount will be taken for all the shopping based on estimate provided.
WS has a Stylist team who can help you with Style, Colour, Sizes. A Professional Stylist from our team will provide you one on one consultation. This service is available by appointment only and has a Fee for the Service.
We recommend WS customers not to order fragile items as many websites do not pack the products for International Shipping. In case the customer orders the package containing Fragile Products such as Glass Items, Delicate Items, Delicate Cosmetic Products, Liquid Items they would be at their own risk and will not be entitled to any claims for the damage caused. All WS services are at the customer’s risk
Yes! You can track your shipping details with us
In normal case the products reach you within 10 – 14 working days. However, in rare cases there could be shipment delays in case of Bad weather or Flight delay / Clearance delay.
Yes! You can buy from any UK/US retailers or Individuals not listed on our Shopping page.
You can use WS service to ship any item, except those prohibited by law in force in your Country of Origin. These items include Explosives, Poisons, Flammable Items, Radioactive Material, Compressed Gas, Corrosive, Firearms, Drones and any items, which, by their nature of packing may expose officers of WS to injury or cause damage to other items. Please check back whenever you need to place an order, to make sure that your items are not classified as Dangerous Goods. Please refer to list of Prohibited Items mentioned in our website.
Cosmetics, Perfumes and other Liquid Items are considered as dangerous goods by the airlines. These items can be ordered from UK /US only. However, the Shipping Charges are different from our standard shipping charges. For shipping perfumes, cosmetics and liquids, please check for the shipping charges with our helpdesk, as these may differ from our standard shipping charges.
Laptops sold in UK/US are very reasonably priced and are sold cheaper than in most parts of the world. Branded Laptops carry International warranty. Laptops available in UK/US are highly configured and feature rich and are of the latest generation.
UK/US is very competitive for large size TV’s and TV’s which are of the next generation. Televisions are generally shipped on Volumetric Weight, and it would be a good idea to compare prices and Model available in your respective country. Next generation Televisions are generally the ones which have the most attractive prices.
